Delivery Options & Costs
Dear valued customers, we hope we prepared sufficient range of transport and means of payments options you can get your order to your hands.
We guarantee a delivery time with privat parcel services. If you need an urgent delivery or any special requirements, please contact us directly to select best possible option with our contractual partners from DHL and TNT.
If you select payment with a card we ship usually the goods next day, for advance payments via bank transfer we ship next day the payment is received on our account. On special request we can arrange payment with a delivery, but this is aplicable only for Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia. This time schedule is informative as it can fluctuate especially in period of holidays or high sales, when this can be delayed by one or two days due to workload fluctuations.
Payment options:
There are following options for payment arrangements: any country: advance payment with a bank wire transfer. We also accept cash on delivery in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. And customers from EU and Norway, Switzerland, Iceland credit cards issued in these countries are accepted (VISA, MC, Dinners, AMEX).
CZECH REPUBLIC
DPD Classic - delivery to your door at your address - price 79,- Kč cash on delivery surcharge + 20,- Kč
This service is dedicated to customers who are at delivery address during normal working hours.
This service is excluding delivery advice.
Delivery: Usually it is delivered third day after order is obtained (the first day is day of order is placed in system). For orders under payment in advance status it is calcualted from a day the money are on our account.

DPD Private - delivery at your address - price 79,- Kč cash on delivery surcharge + ¨20,- Kč
In case of DPD service we delivery at any indicated delivery address. In case of DPD Privat you will be informed about term of delivery by SMS or e-mail on date of delivery date. You can also track and trace your delivery in DPD tracking system.

DPD EXPRESS - delivery of your order second day after expedition before 12.00 a.m. - price 13,20 EUR surcharge for cash on delivery + 0,80 EUR.
DPD EXPRESS service will deliver the parcel at any location. You will be informed by SMS about time of delivery.
Delivery: Usually it is delivered third day from a day you proceed an order (first day is a day you placed an order) Orders paid by a bank transfer, we take as a first day the amount is received on our bank account (payment proforma invoices is sent latest next day after order confirmation receive.
HIGHLIGHT: after agreement with customer service (base on available capacity and courier pick up planning) we can ship orders received befor 12 a.m. same day (valid only for cash on delivery and card payments).

Česká pošta - Door delivery "Balík do ruky"
Door delivery service "Balík Do ruky" with cash in delivery - it is next day delivery service (from a date we hand over to post office) you can track and trace in cpost.cz and you are noticed by SMS as well as by e-mail.

PRAGUE EXPRESS - we deliver your order within ¨Prague area in 240 minut upon agreement with customer service.
ATTENTION: this service is only upon acceptance from customer service. Please contact directly by telephone. This service is functional only between 9:00 a.m and 4 p.m. during working week days.

SLOVAKIA
For delivery option to Slovakia are very similar option as for Czech Republic, you can select from following options:

National POST OFFICE servies - are available on request and you will be charged according actual rates + 4 EUR service fee.
EXPORT outside ČR/SR
We offer standard delivery to following yountries with services DPD Classic/DPD Privat and DPD PICKUP point at price 9,90 EUR
All EU member states excluding Malty and Cyprus (this means): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Danmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Grece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovinia, Spain, Sweden.
You can chose from bank transfer advance payment or credit card payment (for Poland we also arrange cash on delivery).
Frww of charge delivery for orders above 100 EUR
For following countries not members of EU and customs clearance procedure is requested we charge 14,90 EUR for transport costs and 49 EUR for customs procedures: Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Bosnia and Hercegovina. UK as per we do not have UK EORI number, we do not ship privat shipments (only as B2B), please contact us for business details.
Any other country, which is not listed above, please contact us before your order to agree on transport prices and procedures to make an order. You can do it only via advance payment via bank wire transfer. We use our contractual partners DHL and TNT.
