FOR PEOPLE, s.r.o. processes your personal data, as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the Agreement with you regarding the sale of goods (or to take measures adopted prior to the conclusion of such an Agreement), and further processes your personal data which is necessary for the fulfilment of this company’s public obligations.

  1. We primarily obtain personal data directly from you, i.e. from business partners and customers as part of our contractual and business relationships. We obtain personal data in this way when concluding an agreement and confirming an order, but also during the term of the contractual relationship (e.g.  the bank account number from which you pay us, or the email from which you communicate with us.
  2. If you are our client as a legal entity, we also obtain personal data about your representatives directly from you (e.g. name, surname, e-mail, telephone number of your representatives in contractual matters and handwritten signature on transfer documents when receiving goods).

  1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
  1. The purpose of processing your personal data is the fulfilment of the agreement between you and the controller, including the delivery of goods and addressing the liability for defects, or for the controller to take measures prior to the conclusion of such agreement, and to fulfil the related public obligations of the controller.

    We use your personal data (e-mail and name) for the purpose of direct marketing - sending business communications.

  1. DURATION OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
    1. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of the rights and obligations under the agreement and for the period necessary for the purposes of archiving under the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but no longer than for the period stipulated by generally binding legal regulations.

  1. OTHER PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS
    1. Other recipients (processors authorized by us) of your personal data will be shipping companies and other persons involved in the delivery of goods or making payments on the basis of a purchase agreement (which you have chosen as part of the purchase), and persons and companies providing technical services related to accounting and e-shop operations for the controller, including software operation, data storage and payment gateway providers. We also use Google Analytics services to monitor and subsequently optimize websites, operated by Google Inc., registered office: 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The collected cookies are then processed by Google Inc. in accordance with the Privacy Policy
    2. The recipients of your personal data processed for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations may furthermore be financial authorities or other competent authorities in cases where they are imposed on the controller by generally binding legal regulations.
    3. In a situation where we need to protect our legal claims, we transfer your personal data to contractors of legal services, and possibly to public authorities.
    4. We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection on the basis of the European Commission decision.
  1. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
    1. Subject to the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to correct or delete your personal data, or to restrict its processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to the portability of your personal data.     2. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated the Regulation or is in violation of the Regulation, you have the right, among other things, to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz)
    3. You are not obliged to provide personal data. Providing your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and fulfilment of the agreement and, without the provision of your personal data, it is not possible to conclude the agreement (complete the purchase on the website) or for the controller to fulfil it.

    1. We would like to assure you that our employees and associates, who will process your personal data, are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data.
